What can you do for a seller to get top dollar? In this Seller’s Market, there are often multiple offers presented to a Seller.  The Seller will decide how offers will be presented; how offers will be negotiated; whether counter offers will be made; and which offer (if any) will be accepted.  The Buyer, on the other hand, will also be the one to negotiate, accept or not accept a counter offer.
