So here we go with the fifth in the series, the fifth town is Frostburg, and certainly, the town I think of when I think of budget-friendly.Frostburg is a city in Allegany County, located at the head of the Georges Creek Valley just 8 miles west of Cumberland. Frostburg is one of the first cities on the National Road, US 40, and the western terminus of the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad. Frostburg has an approximate year-round population of 8,075.
