All Settlements Should Be So Smooth     It is the last day of winter but winter did not go without a fight. A  storm with snow and rain all day, very pretty but a bit messy, was not going to slow down this closing at 2525 Urey Road in White Hall   a   A quick walk through, with the buyers, sellers, listing and selling agent, produced nothing but smiles. Do You Believe In Witches? Yes, I know it not Halloween! I am not talking about those witches.I am talking about water witches. Today I was at a home inspection at my beautiful pending property 2525 Urey Road White Hall, Maryland. The owners shared how their well driller  hired a water witch when it was time to dig their well. We don't know the origin of divining or dowsing or witching  but we do know that it is  practiced all over the world.Even though there is scientific ridicule, water witches still  do business today.  Some people say the twig has to be from a freshly cut peach tree, others say a length of grapevine or  branch from a live oak.
