I think the fall is a great time for Seniors to look for and buy homes. There grandchildren have gone back to school and they have more time on their hands.  Areas are less congested after the teachers and the school buses are in place.  The weather is hopefully cooler. 55+ Adults are in a time zone opposite of Families with children that need to be in place before the school year.
