Now in its 9th season, the River Concert Series will have events every Friday evening until July 27th. The free outdoor concerts overlook the St. Mary's River. The most anticipated St. Mary's County event will start this Friday June 18th, at St. Mary's College of Maryland, in St. Mary's City. The 2010 River Concert Series starts at 7:00pm, but go earlier to find a nice spot. There are 3 kinds of "sits" available: 1- Serious Listening - in front of the stage - total silence! 2 - Casual Listening - in the middle - people who likes to talk, have a pick-nick and listen to the music at the same time. 3 - Serious socializing - far away from the stage - you know what I mean! ;) Pick your sit and I see you there! The River Concert Series is in full swing, with only four performances left.  This year marks the 11th year for St. Mary's College's presentation of great music and cultural enrichment to the residents of Southern Maryland.
