 Living in a home for many years, we tend to not look at it the same way. Maybe we go into a side door off the kitchen or go straight into the garage. I suggest you stop. Look at your house from the street. Can you even see it? Is it overgrown? Is it still inviting?   Look at the walkway, the front door, the mailbox, the yard, the garage doors, the shrubbery. We are talking by drive by and curb appeal.Remember that old saying; you only get one chance to make a first impression. When listing a home, I ask the owner to walk around their house with me.
