A young couple read several of my blog articles and decided to contact me. As I pulled up to the home, I noticed that the home had great curb appeal. The yard was neat and clean. As I reached the door, Mark & Kaila (names has been changed) met me at the front door. They welcomed into their home. They showed me around their home and lovingly talked about the upgrades they made during the past five years. When we peeked in their 3 year old son’s room, we saw that he had awoken from his nap.
