Just returned from a first time home buyers informational seminar.  I spoke for about 25 minutes and took questions from the audience.  They all seemed to get the fact that a home inspection is an important part of the buying process.  This is a program provided by the Southeast CDC in Baltimore.  They provide counseling and help to first time home buyers. 01/30/2010
