The following is the statistics for activity of homes located in Edgewood Maryland.  It was amazing to me to find that there is a home listed for 1.1 million dollars in Edgewood.  I went back and looked in our MLS and found that this is the one and only home listed for this price.  There also has never been a home in Edgewood that sold for over 1 million dollars.   Status: ACTIVE (142) List Price Bedrooms Baths FB HB DOMM DOMP Lot Sqft Yr Built Min $8,900 2 1 1 0 0 0 0 1910 Max $1,100,000 7 4 3 2 335 1,324 1,742,200 2007 Avg $243,812 3 2 2 1 83 111 23,283 1984 Status: CNTG/NO KO (6) List Price Bedrooms Baths FB HB DOMM DOMP Lot Sqft Yr Built Min $65,000 2 1 1 0 14 14 8,319 1950 Max $199,500 3 2 2 1 234 234 14,000 1989 Avg $118,383 3 1 1 0 83 83 11,160 1976 Status: CNTG/KO (3) List Price...

Although the recommendations came in 2005, and we're seeing some of the effects here already-we're hearing that the full-blown effects are not expected until a few years out. It's giving us a little time as a county to reinforce our infrastructure (build schools, roads, shopping c...
