Closing assistance by seller to buyer continues in 50% of the sales taking place. Edgewater homes are selling, on average, for 95.44% of their sales price. The Silver Lining Yesterday at the Chipotle in Edgewater Maryland? I meant to go to Chipotle in Edgewater, MD after the new Saturday night 5pm Chesapeake Church Service in Calvert County then come back and get some work done. You can buzz up Rt. 4, dash in the RE/MAX office and then take the back roads to Annapolis in no time flat. So, I did all that, got back home, had plenty of time to do some work projects, when the bottom fell out. I left my favorite purple Eddie Bauer jacket in the restaurant.  The one I refuse to wash because my Golden slept on it before he died.  The one I left in the hospital room before I lost my Dad. Out and About Loving Edgewater   Edgewater Restaurant is one of those sweet restaurants located within shouting distance of Annapolis MD. Perfectly located for me and hubby to enjoy a Fathers Day dinner after a relaxing drive around South County enjoying the expansive waterfront views. Located at 148 Mayo Rd in Edgewater this unassuming eatery belies the absolutely delicious food within. Casual is the decor as you enter this restaurant converted from a home. Always busy we were lucky today as we did not make a reservation but were able to be seated quite quickly. Must have been because we were doing a late lunch/early dinner time frame.
