The annual July 4th Festival and fireworks display will be held on Sunday, July 4 from 5 to10 p.m. at the Downtown  Columbia Lakefront. The Festival will kickoff at 5 p.m. with children’s entertainment featuring a puppet theater, The Kinderman, and stilt man Wes Holly.
