MillerNational Night Out (NNO) is a community event held every first Tuesday of August across the country and focuses on crime and drug activity prevention.  This year's event is set for August 7, 2007.  Police, civic associations and community leaders plan an evening of entertainment, education and awareness.  It is a perfect oppourtnity for families to get to know their neighbors.  If you have not gotten involved in the planning of your communities event please do so.Last year I participated in the Camp Springs civic association event in Prince Georges County, Maryland.  It was very organized with a dj, model car display, pony rides, booths, etc.READER: I will be happy to promote your local event.  Send me the spec... 07/07/2007
