On Tuesdays, Realtors around the Washington DC area have their broker tour of new listings that have come on the market.   And it's really a fun time to see some amazing places.  And every week, one house seems to really wow me. This week's Wow House is a Coldwell Banker listing at  5208 Carlton Street, in Bethesda. Monday, blog buddy James Downing sent me an email inviting me to drop by this new listing of his,  so I did.  And at the front door, I was greeted, not by James who is on yet another vacation, but his very hard working partner, Christopher Suranna.
