Harford County Maryland: Non-BRAC Jobs Available There has been rapid growth in Harford County Maryland, which has primarily been fueled by the military's Base Relocation and Closure (BRAC) initiative. This has brought over a hundred employers into the county along with thousands of jobs.  Many of these jobs are high technology jobs and many of these employers are still hiring. But along with this influx of employers, jobs, and people comes the need for businesses to support all of these people.
