A West Boylston MA home buyer should receive a brochure, Home Inspectors Facts for Consumers Sheet, at the time of the signing of the first written contract to purchase from the Seller or Seller's agent.Since MA Home Inspector licensing in 2001, a consumer must have a signed exclusive buyer's agent agreement with a Real Estate Broker or Salesperson before the Real Estate Broker or Salesperson can refer a home inspector.Without a signed exclusive buyer's agent agreement, the Real Estate Broker or Salesperson may only refer the buyer to the list of all MA Home Inspectors from the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Home Inspectors.Finding your West Boylston MA Home Inspector from the list of all MA home inspectors can be quite a challenge.   YES!  You can STEAL this house at its list price!  This home in West Boylston was completely remodeled in 2006 from a small two-story bungalow to an amazing 3900 square feet of gorgeous living space.  I don’t want to give away all the great details yet but I am very much looking forward to showing the two master bedrooms with private master baths, fireplaces and custom kitchen featuring granite counters, hardwood floors, Jenn-Air  cook top range and double wall ovens. I am overdoing the sneak peak…I’ll save the details of the in-law on the lower level with private stone patio entrance for when the listing goes live!   Share this: Email Digg Print Facebook Reddit StumbleUpon Twitter2 Press This

The town of Ware is nestled in a valley surrounded by rolling pasture land, rivers and the Quabbin Reservoir. When the Great Depression brought sure demise to the town's mills, Ware residents bought shares in the companies. The purchase was the first employee-buy-out of a major manufacturer. The new slogan for Ware became "The town that can't be licked!" 365 things to do in Worcester county - fall festival in West Boylston.  So there are so many fall festivals out there that it is so hard to find just a few to highlight.  One fall festival I noticed happening every year at this time is the fall festival in West Boylston. What makes this fall festival in West Boylstonso unique is the enourmous number of scare crows that line the center of town.  We're talking rows of scarecrows.  And they are all different.  How fun it is just to drive through the town and see all the cool decorations?! Of course, it does not hurt to have an amazing fall day, loud and fun music playing, smells of good food in the air.  People seem to be really enjoying the festival in West Boylston and I as an observer got caught up in the fun.  So, my vote for one of my...

365 things to do in Worcester County - Wachusett Reservoir in West Boylston - This is a great place for a pic nic lunch or a fishing excursion.  The Wachusett Reservoir is approximately 8,000 acres of water and woods, maintained by the Department of Conservation and Recreation, offer tremendous hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and wildlife watching. Wachusett Reservoir was created in 1895 to solve the water needs of the greater Boston area. Today, the reservoir still supplies water to Boston (with the help of Quabbin Reservoir), but it also serves as an important wildlife reservation. In my previous life, when I worked near by, my husband would take our new born daughter, pick me up from work for lunch and take me to the reservoir for a pic nick.  I have fond memories of our l...
