If you’re not familiar with fuel stabilizer, you should be. If your mower sits for months with gas in its tank, the gas will slowly deteriorate, which can damage internal engine parts. Fuel stabilizer ($10 for a 10-ounce bottle) prevents gas from degrading. Add stabilizer to your gasoline can to keep spare gas in good condition over the winter, and top off your mower tank with stabilized gas before you put it away for the winter. How Quickly Are Homes Selling in Shrewsbury Massachusetts?    Many people have their eye on the real estate market these days.  There are signs of recovery around the country, especially in the larger metropolitan areas.  But what of the local market?  Is it also recovering? I'd like to share with you a snapshot of how quickly homes are selling in the town of Shrewsbury, MA.  The graph below shows the average days on market for single family homes from the years 2007 to 2013.  As you can see, from 2007 to 2010, the days on market were fairly consistent. In 2011, one of the most difficult years in real estate, the days on market had quite an increase.  But for 2012 and 2013, days on market have started to decrease.   On average, sellers have gone from having to wait four to five months t... 03/03/2014
