I don't close down for a one hour lunch break. Do you? When people call me, I know they expect to reach me. At the very least, they do not expect a message that says I am closed for 1 hour, or that I only return calls at a certain time of day. Statewide Library Card Considered in Massachusetts When I was growing up, my mother took my brothers and me to the Sharon Public library every week. We loved picking out our own books. In the summers, we couldn't wait to earn stickers for the summer reading programs. When we had each finished reading our own stack of books, we read each others' before returning them.
