Although July 2010 was the heat of the summer, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court (SJC) issued a decision then that leaves property owners with expanded responsibilities this winter. According to the SJC, every property owner has a duty to use "reasonable care" to protect visitors. 2010 Sharon MA Real Estate Market Report - Year in Review Single Family Homes Sold in Sharon MA By Month: There were a 138 single family homes sold in Sharon MA that were listed in the MLS (this does not include private sales). The average sale price was $432,788. The average list price was $448,449 and the SP:LP ratio was 97%. The average original place was $460,003 and the SP:OP ratio was 95%. Average Days on Market was 93. Although the Average Sales Price showed almost no change from 2009 ($430,999), the number of houses sold decreased by 24% since 2009.
