(Centsable Inspection)
A home buyer in Revere MA should receive a brochure, Home Inspectors Consumer Fact Sheet, at the time of the signing of the first written contract to purchase. A standard Massachusetts home inspection is a visual examination of the physical structure and major interior systems of a residential building consisting of one to four dwelling units. The information gained from home inspection conforming to the Massachusetts Home Inspector Standards of Practice may reduce some of those risks, but the home inspection is not intended to provide the client with protection from all of the risks involved. Visit the Revere MA Home Inspector web...

Revere Massachusetts Foreclosure Report June 2011 According to Realty Trac, Inc. There were 15 foreclosure filings in Revere Massachusetts in June of 2011. That works out to be 1 in every 1,401 homes and represents a 50% increase over May 2011. While this may be better than the national average, a 50% increase is very alarming. The increasing number of foreclosure filings are further evidence that the housing crisis is not over. From my understanding the Banks and The Department of Housing and Urban Development have all agreed that 2011 will be the year they push through with most of the pending foreclosures that have been held up due to title issues, faulty assignments and moratoriums. Many economists believe that the best way to deal with this problem is to get through it as quickly a...

Mass Auto Reform Great for ConsumersSimple Guide to Understanding The New Rate System by Stefany Johnson Great news- For the first time in 30 years Mass motorists will be able to shop around for the best price and coverages. How is this different from the old system? Revere Beach, the nation's first public beach is of course our main attraction. Even in pre-colonial days, this three-mile crescent was an attraction to the Native Americans. It's popularity grew steadily until the late 19th century when "Crescent Beach" became so overcrowded - with hotels, restaurants, and ballrooms, that its very core attraction-access to the shore-was threatened. In 1895 the state legislature acted to preserve public access to the beach by authorizing major land takings. The new Revere Beach Reservation was placed under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Park Commission whose Chief Planner Charles Eliot, a visionary protégé of Frederick Law Olmstead, then set out to create the beach's formal promenade and signature pavilions and bandstandConstruction of the "Narrow ...
