In 2010, the real estate market in Palmer, MA, had little change from 2009.  There were 90 single family home sales in 2010, with an average sale price of $167,755.  Compare that to 2009, when there were 74 single family homes sold at an average sale price of $174,496.  It is easy to see that more homes were sold in 2010, but average sale price dropped by $7,000.
