The Orleans Real Estate Market 2014 - Sales   In the Orleans real estate market in 2014, there were 115 single family homes sold, 10 lots of land sold, and 33 condominiums sold.  This report does not include multi-family properties that sold nor commercial properties sold in 2014 in Orleans.   The average single family home sold in Orleans for $854,244. The average cost of a piece of land in Orleans was $351,200 in 2014.   It is good to see an uptick in housing prices and in Plymouth, MA and Cape Cod we are following what appears to be a national trend.  Prices on Cape have seen double digit growth this year and Plymouth County around 5%.  Though when you look on a monthly basis they can rise and fall.  But we'll take any gains we can.
