How are the sales in North Andover, MA for September 2010? This time, based on the munbers, I have combined both Single Family and Condominiums and have prepared the sold statistics for North Andover, MA for the month of September, 2010. (Courtesy: MLSPIN)   It is clear that FALL market is setting in. Combined sale of only 13 units for the whole town of North Andover does not sound promising. What is interesting is, the lowest sale price is $125,000 and highest is only $550,000! With paltry $4.6M in volume for the whole month (only MLSPIN records) shows, we are not going anywhere - or if at all we are going anywhere, it's not desirable. 10/10/2010
