Just not enough to get the house sold is what I hear over and over from the homeowners I speak to who's houses didn't sell when their first agent had it on the market.  So often I hear that "all you people sound the same".  Meaning all agents are the same and this is just not true.  You can drive around any town and see more of one person's sign than others.  This does not mean that this agent or agency is the best, but they are the best in communicating the ability to sell a house.  So many agents proudly state that they will put the homeowners house on over 400 (pick a number) websites.  This is false.  Mostly what they do is put your house on the MLS and the MLS allows all these sites to suck off that information for their own site, like Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com and all the others... 09/13/2014
