The cold winters have really taken a toll on Milton MA real estate.  Yet again, the polar vortex has plunged the Northeast into sub-zero weather, burying us under several inches of snow.  Here is your Milton MA Home Sales Update for February 2015. Last year may have gone out like a lamb, but Milton MA home sales in 2015 have come roaring in like a lion!  According to the January 2015 Milton MA Home Sales Report, there was a boom in sales as well as a significant increase in prices.  Milton MA homes continue to be a hot commodity!
