Field Pond Estates in Milford Massachusetts consists of 35 homes located on Field Pond Road. The Field Pond Estates neighborhood is located off of Fiske Mill Road just down the Road from Mill Pond. Field Pond is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Milford. The homes in this neighborhood were built in the late 1990's by a few different builders. Casasanta Construction Corp was the original developer who started building out the neighborhood but ended up selling off lots to a few local builders. There is a broad mix of homes in this neighborhood but most of the homes are some variation of a colonial style home.
