Welcome to Medfield MA a Photo Story Medfield MA is a beautiful community that lies approximately 17 miles south west of Boston. It is rich in history and significant in the formation of our country.  It was devastated by King Philip during the Indian Wars and was burnt to the ground.   It was rebuilt and has become an affluent and desirable place to live.    From early on, it's settlers believed in education and women's right to vote.   Scenes of Medfield have been depicted in paintings by the famous artist George Inness.   I hope you enjoy it and if there is any way that I can help you with your real estate needs and dreams, I can be reached at 508-494-9061 or a an email at Cal@AlandCal.com For an up to the minute home search go to Al and Cal.com Carol-Ann Palmieri To view this flippi...

A Medfield MA home buyer should receive a brochure, Home Inspectors Facts for Consumers Sheet, at the time of the signing of the first written contract to purchase.A standard home inspection in Massachusetts is a visual examination of the physical structure and major interior systems of a residential building consisting of one to four dwelling units. It should be understood that there are certain risks inherent in the purchase of property and a home inspection is inherently limited in its scope and depth. The information gained from home inspection conforming to the Massachusetts Home Inspector Standards of Practice may reduce some of those risks, but the home inspection is not intended to provide the client with protection from all of the risks involved.Visit the Medfield MA Home Inspe...

Fun Place to Dine in Metro West is Noon Hill Grill on Main St. in Medfield, MA I love going here for the burgers and ribs! My fave fish dish is the Haddock, always a winner here. The service is good and the place is lively. I do prefer to hang out and dine in the bar area. It is a great place to take a young family as the prices are reasonable and a good selection if you 8  or 88 years old. It is popuar gathering place for Medfiledites. We've all piled in their after the "Before" Prom parties of our kids to continue the party! I know it is a popular place for Men's Night Out of a neighborhood within walking distance! There are a couple of big screen TV's so you can easily watch any and all sporting events. There is a patio out front for when the weather gets better for al fresco dining....

Rocky Woods is a 491-acre reservation in the northeast part of Medfield, MA.  If you are looking to get out and about and would enjoy beautiful winter scenery, then snow shoeing at Rocky Woods is for you. Rocky Woods has 6.5 miles of trails that take you around Chickering Pond.  I just returned from an afternoon session with my best friend and we had a blast. I highly recommend it.

Make One Final Inspection  By Marie Zorn Prudential Page Realty  Make one final home inspection before you go the closing. In the sales contract, the sellers of your new home agreed to leave the custom blinds, refrigerator, built-in entertainment system and those fine cabinets and workbench in the garage. But when you show up on moving day, all of those amenities are long gone. Moreover, the lock on the back door is broken; there is a huge gouge in the drywall near the front bathroom. This why you make one final home inspection, called regionally, "the walk-thru." Although these circumstances are extreme, they could happen, which is why it is important to have a final home inspection of the home you are purchasing before the closing. A pre-closing inspection gives you, one last opportun...
