The number of single family homes sold in Maynard, MA during the month of October decreased from 3 sold (2007) to 2 homes sold in 2008. The average selling price increased from $319,267 in 2007 to $337,500 in 2008.  The average DOM (Days on Market) increased dramatically to 295 days from 186 in 2007.
