The Mashpee real estate market report for Condominiums sold from 2006 through 2009 shows that the average days on market (DOM) has increased from 110 days in 2006 to 237 days in 2009.   In addition, the number of condos sold in 2006 was 119 units compared to only 92 units sold in 2009.  Clearly the condominium market has not found its bottom in the town of Mashpee. The average price for a condominium sold in 2009 was $356,019 and the median price was $287,542.  This is down from 2006 where the average price was $400,821 and the median price was $315,000. 05/16/2010
