Print marketing is the method I use to secure listings. Offline marketing is not a favorite of most real estate agents, and I’m convinced that the price is a major factor in their decision. It’s expensive, but we all clearly understand that it takes money to make money. It’s always a risk, but if it were not, the size of the newspaper would be triple and the results diluted. This is what my full page ad for some of our existing business looks like plus a half page ad for our high end home subdivision in Franklin. This newspaper is mailed to every residence and business in the Town of Franklin. People read it. We receive business from it.
