This is a chart that reflects the currently active resale homes on the market in Franklin MA. The prices range from a low of $200,000 to a high for a luxury home at $2,295,000.  When each listing closes, it does not mean the marketing has ended.  It means it’s time to execute the last of the marketing.  After each of three properties closed today, the online and offline marketing was initiated.My first task was to update Realbird and change the status of each listing on their respective websites. Then each website was posted to ActiveRain and the real estate website of each team member. My own website has each listing posted and that feeds to my Facebook business page. My personal Facebook page also has the updated status of each listing and some promotion for the listing agents. Three postcards were created and are now appearing online.  Print marketing is the method I use to secure listings.  Offline marketing is not a favorite of most real estate agents, and I’m convinced that the price is a major factor in their decision. It’s expensive, but we all clearly understand that it takes money to make money. Marketing is a task that demands consistency, and direct mail marketing leads the way with requiring constant visibility.
