  There is no such thing as business ethics… Good morning!  Hope you had a wonderful real estate weekend and had some time to spend with family or friends.  About 7 years ago I was contacted by a university student who’s assignment was to interview a business owner about “business ethics.”  If you recall, the timing 7 years ago was during the height of the corporate ethical lapse that was rampant in America and was leading headlines in most business publications.  I agreed to be interviewed and set the stage with this young man that it most likely would be a very short interview.  The telephone interview started as I said “I mentioned this will be a real short interview as I believe there is no such thing as business ethics.”  There was nothing but silence on the other end of the phone....
