Open House events have been one of my team’s most successful methods of marketing. This particular method is one that has value for buyer agents and listing agents. I think a good analogy of how an open house event works might be to compare it to “strength training.”When one does strength training to increase strength and toning of abdominal muscles, as an example, there are other groups of muscles that benefit from that one action.
