Here we are, wrapping up another busy week. The weekend is almost upon us, and our open house events are plentiful for the weekend.  This is a sample of what this past week entailed, and there’s more coming. Three just listed postcards are being mailed today to 1,000 homes in the area of each of these properties.  The purpose is to alert every homeowner in that area that a home in their area is available for sale and who has the listing.  From these postcards, other business will surface.  There will be buyers who hopefully will call their buyer’s agent; other homeowners who will call us for a Free Market Analysis; and there may be a friend of the recipient who will be given a postcard because they are looking for a home. This is our monthly full page newspaper ad that runs in The Local Town Pages in Franklin MA.  I never miss a month, and I love print marketing.  It gives us a "big bang for our buck," and we can't ask for much more than that from our offline marketing.  We receive listing calls in response to our offer of a Free Market Analysis.  Most real estate agents are not excited about print marketing, and that's a blessing to me and my team members.  It sets us aside from all of the others. My favorite marketing sources and preferred groups to support are school athletic programs.  Every year I purchase a full page ad in the game programs for each sport that is offered to girls and boys at Franklin High School.  This is the full page ad that will help support the FHS Girls Ice Hockey Team, and this year Maddie Hinckley, the daughter of Renee Hinckley in our marketing department, is a member of that team. Supporting local athletic groups in our school system is my favorite source for donations.  School athletic programs are always the first budget item to be slashed.  Some sports now require parents to pay for the activity, and many parents are not able to do that within their household budget. Donations go a long way in helping kids enjoy the benefits of competitive sports... 09/09/2015
