Franklin Mass Condos Sold in January 2016      In the Town of Franklin Massachusetts for the month of January 2016, there were  5 closed condo sales. Although there were few sales, the market prices went crazy and condos sold quickly. I continually think about where business is coming from; and recently, much of it has stemmed from “Facebook.”  I’ll honestly admit that I was never a fan of Facebook for business, but I’ve become addicted!! My personal page is the page I use, and it’s worked very well for me and for those for whom I market.  I’m continually preaching to them to share my posts about their accomplishments on their Facebook sites.
