               This Week's Production For The Todaro Team              This week's new listings to replace last week's pending sales for the Todaro Team.  Marketing continues in this manner every week. Listings are selling quickly, and finding fresh inventory to replace the pending sales requires consistent marketing. Many of the postcards within the past 2 weeks have landed at the same homes.  We 500 homes with the subject property as the nucleus of that circle. Franklin Mass Condos Sold in January 2016      In the Town of Franklin Massachusetts for the month of January 2016, there were  5 closed condo sales. Although there were few sales, the market prices went crazy and condos sold quickly. I will share stats with you at the bottom of this post.  Condos were selling in half the time       The average sales price of these condos was $242,504.  These condos took on average only 46 days to receive and offer.  The source for my post today is MLSPIN.Least Expensive Condo Sold in Franklin MA for the Month     The lease expensive condo sold for the month of January was located at 98 Highwood Drive.
