Direct Mail Marketing is an "old school" method, but it can be designed to "multi-task." This postcard will be mailed next week. It shows Lorraine in "caring way" with Rocky in her photo. The main message is a simple one. She's offering a Free Market Analysis. Lorraine's most powerful slogan is the "most frequently hired agent in Franklin." It's verifiable through MLS, and I always verify before I produce the postcard.I've portrayed Lorraine as a caring real estate agent, and she considers every one of her listings as more than "sticks and bricks." She handles every homeowner's business as if it were her own.
