Foxborough MA Real Estate For Sale Buying a home may be the most important investment an individual or family makes in their lifetime.  It is important to know the process and to be aware of the industry professionals who can assist you.  The two primary advisers will be Realtors and mortgage lenders.  You must understand how much you can afford and what your budget will allow.  If you are a first-time home buyer, you may qualify for a tax credit($8000 in 2009) and could be eligible for special financing programs.  To take advantage of this program, you must close on the property you purchase by December 1, 2009. Mortgage Financing - A Loan for Your Home Most home buyers borrow the money to purchase property by obtaining a mortgage through a lender.  The lender may be a bank, mortgage b...

This was a fun adventure for something to do during school vacation. It is a very entertaining store with lots of things for kids to do and see. There are games for kids like electronic target shooting and they have waterfalls, pools and fish tanks, there is every kind of sports gear and camping equipment. They even have boats and ATV's.

Yesterday I had the priveledge of attending the RE/MAX of New England 2008 Fall Agent Rally at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA. There were at least 3 great speakers at this event. First we heard from Bill Soteroff. Bill is the current Senior Vice President of International Development for RE/MAX international, based in Denver, Colorado. As the former Vice President and Regional Director of RE/MAX of New England. Bill was responsible for the growth and operation of more than 250 offices and 2,500 Sales Associates. Also Dave Beson spoke to us. Dave teaches real estate professionals to refine their vision to work within "total integrity," and to use technology tools and systems to increase their velocity in business. Formerly a real estate salesperson, training director, and manager. Da...

The N.E. Patriots take on the Miami Dolphind today in a key AFC Eastern division matchup. I am an avid Patriots fan and this matchup will take on the feel of a Playoff game. Miami is coming off a loss and don't be fooled by their cellar dwelling 5-7 record. Miami somehow gets up to the challenge and will play New England very aggressively and don't be surprised if they actually defeat the Patriots. The Patriots have turned the ball over 18 times in their last 6 games and hope to cure that problem today. Two key players will be out of todays contest Rookie running back Laurence Maroney is out with a sore back after taking a helmet to helmet crushing blow last week against the Detroit Lions for New England. The Dolphins will be without second year star runing back Ronnie Brown who is out w...

Well today is a nice and mild day here in New Hampshire. Temperature should reach close to 60 today.I have a showing at 1:30 this afternoon and the New England Patriots are playing at 4:15 PM. The timing couldn't be better I like the later games because I can get a lot more done befor the game starts. We are located in the eastern most section of the eastern time zone which makes our sunsets quite early. Today the sunsets at 4:13 pm and we should see darkness by 4:30. So when I settle in my easy chair this afternoon The Patriots take on the "Monsters of the Mid-way" The Chicago Bears who are 9-1 and the Patriots are 7-3. All the Patriots losses have been at home. I think the biggest part of that is the horrendous field conditions that they played on. I know the other teams they lost to a...
