While the December numbers are not yet tallied, the year looks like it will possibly reach last year's unit volume of 759 units sold, and is to date up 7% in dollar volume for Condo and Single Family homes. The bad news is that most of the strength was in the first half of the year, with 3rd and 4th quarter sales down quite a bit. There are buyers out there slowly looking over a small inventory to choose from, so spring time (or earlier) listings should enjoy good exposure and interest.
