The Kentucky Avenue Homes        The Bywater Neighborhood     New Orleans,La. 70117     Near the Industrial Canal        Between N. Rampart and St. Claude Avenue      Not Far From Poland Avenue    The Kentucky Avenue Homes are unique in the Bywater Neighborhood of New Orleans. The homes are doubles that were built in the 1920’s and 1930’s with yards in front and in the rear. This is not normal for the Bywater homes. They were built as doubles and many have been converted into single homes. The street has all doubles like these. All have porches, yards  and on site parking. This is not normal for the area.            There were 3 homes sold for 332k, 235k, 275k in the last year. These were converted into single homes from doubles.                         Bywater Homes in New OrleansColorful Homes       The Homes along the Mississippi River in the Bywater neighbor are very colorful and artistic. The area also has many doubles. The Bywater stretches from the Marigny to the Industrial Canal between St. Claude Avenue and the Mississippi River. There is no other neighborhood in the USA that I know of.       The Neighborhood has changed in color and artistic homes in the last 20 years. It never existed like this in the 20th century. It is fun to walk and view all the homes and unique colors and changes that have been made to the homes.

Crescent Park in Bywater Neighborhood Parks and Rivers Helps Real Estate Trends        Crescent Park  in the Bywater helps the real estate trends become more and more positive. It is like neighborhood near Audubon Park and City Park. It is a positive attraction. Lots of great views of the Mississippi River and boats that are going up and down the river. You can walk to the Park. You can ride you bike along the river on the many paths. It is an easy ride to the French Quarter.        The Crescent Park also has a lot of colorful plants that are growing and changing with the seasons. Each time you go to the park you see new and more colorful plants as we enter the Summer. I have seen a lot of improvements over the last few years. There will be more Festivals and Fun as we move forward. ...

The Byater Neighborhood of New Orleans                 The Bywater is that area between St. Claude Avenue and the Mississippi River. It runs from Franklin Avenue to the Industrial Canal near Poland Avenue.  Its an up and coming neighborhood with a lot of renovations and a demand area. The majority of condos in the area are going to be parts of doubles or buildings a little larger but few complexes.       Lets view the neighborhood and see what the homes and streets look like. The best way for me to do that is do that thru photos of the Bywater Neighborhood. View of the Bywater Neighborhood at Sunrise from the French Quarter.  Its not that far away. Bridge to the Crescent Park that runs along the Mississippi River in Bywater Neighborhood of New Orleans.     View of Downtown New Orleans ...

Crescent Park Walk in Fall                Talking about the Neighborhood on a Blog                                                  Having Fun while Working                                                The Crescent Park runs along the Mississippi River between the railroad tracks and what used to be warehouses and part of the port od New Orleans. It is now a great place for tourist and second homers to visit when they come to town. The Fall season does look different but the area is still colorful.        There are a lot of gardens with a large variety of plants and trees. You can walk almost to the French Quarter from Poland Avenue. Lately you see a lot of bikers that rent bikes and rid the park.      The Park is only about 3 years old and improves every ...
