How did Cedarcrest Subdivision Baton Rouge Home Prices Perform in 2013? In this Baton Rouge Subdivisions update, I'm answering a question from a local Baton Rouge reader about Cedarcrest home prices since Hurricane Katrina when home price reached $150,000 median sales price.    In 2012 and 2013, Cedarcrest has been correcting BIG TIME from post Katrina highs. In 2007, the Cedarcrest Median Sales Price was $150,000 and in 2012 and 2013, it was only $90,000 and $108,450.  Now, it's noted here that 2012 was an especially slow sales year for Cedarcrest as 2011 and 2013 both had 8 sales.  From 2012 versus 2013, Cedarcrest home prices increased from a median sales price of $90,000 to $108,450, a 20.5% increase.
