Soccer fever has hit the Bluegrass! Although the 2014 World Cup may have not played out like most USA fans would have liked, soccer fans all over the city are still in their full soccer craze. What makes this even better? The city has recently announced their plans for Louisville's own professional team!   The Louisville City Football Club will begin their premier season in March of 2015. The team franchise will be renting space from the Louisville Bats and playing their home games on Slugger Field, in downtown Louisville. 2014 Pegasus Parade  Route Map and Street Closure Map It’s time for the show piece of the Kentucky Derby Festival – the 2014 Pegasus Parade!  The Pegasus Parade will proceed down Broadway on Thursday, May 1 at 5:00 p.m. The Pegasus Parade is the oldest event in the Kentucky Derby Festival.
