Homearama is my favorite Louisville real estate event of the year. Only thing better would be a surprise visit from HGTV to re-design a room in my house! This year's Homearama took place in Norton Commons, a great site for such an event. One of the largest on record, there are 21 homesall vying for your vote! I just saw prices reduced today on 3 bedroom units as much as $25,000 and $10,000 drops on smaller units. These were $205,000 units now priced at $180,000. These were 10% drops.
