Little Spring Farm As this is a relatively new development (started in 2002), the all-brick homes in Little Spring Farm feature open floor plans and modern amenities.  Hardwood floors, granite counter tops, trey and vaulted ceilings and stainless  appliances are all common.  As are jacuzzi tubs with separate showers, dual air-conditioning units, 2-3 car-garages and more.  Multi-piece crown-moldings, wainscoting, and custom hardware add the details to complete these gorgeous homes.  Little Spring Farm homes are dream homes.  As such, people tend to move in and stay.  While the neighborhood is still expanding (ultimately 500 homes are planned), few resale homes come onto the market.  If you want to buy in this neighborhood, be prepared to act quickly when a home does become available.
