While Indian Hills Subdivision is considered a more upscale neighborhood,  you can find homes ranging in prices from $200k all the way up to $2 million+...there is definitely a little something for every potential home buyer. You will find that the majority of the homes are around 40 years old but don't be surprised it you find homes that are over 60 years or less than 15 years in age.       There are many different styles of homes in the area whether you're looking for a single-level ranch, a modern 2-story, a colonial style, or even a "McMansion", Indian Hills offers it all.  You can expect to see: *granite counter tops*custom cabinetry*stainless steel*master suites*open living quarters*2,500 to 10,000+ in square footage...that should be plently of living space right?! Indian Hills is one of Louisville's grand ole neighborhoods. For the affluent home buyers, this subdivion is close to the city (Area 3, not to be confused with the Indian Hills located in Franklin or Carroll counties) but still boasts large lots, mature trees and beautiful rolling hills. Like Anchorage in many ways, this city has a great reputation for varied styles of home design. Indian Hills is also similar to Anchorage in that there's a wide range of home ages and even values, even though more are at the higher end of the price spectrum. There are some truly magnificent properties located in this neighborhood. Read More »
