How's the Real Estate Market in Zip Code 66216? The real estate market in zip code 66216 which encompasses both Shawnee and Lenexa, is hot.  As of June 5, 2013 there are 107 active homes for sale in zip code 66216.  The average list price is $259,309 and average days on market is 82 for active homes.  Average list price last month was $195,586.  Before sellers get too excited about rising prices, we are seeing prices improve for them.  This number means that the inventory mix is changing and more expensive homes are coming on the market.  Essentially, the move up market is moving up.
