 This week we closed escrow on one of our listed properties in Valparaiso, Indiana. This is the 3rd time that our repeat clients used our professional services! We sold their 1st home over a decade ago. They then wanted to buy a lot (land) to build a ranch home. We looked and looked in the subdivision of their choice and there was none that fit the criteria of exactly what they were looking for.   Valparaiso’s Annual Sell-A-Bration Arts & Crafts Show will be held at the Porter County Expo Center off of US 49 and Division. We had the pleasure of dining at one of Valpo's newer restaurants yesterday between appointments and the freshly home cooked food was awesome! Meditrina Market Cafe is located on the corner of Washington and Jefferson in downtown Valparaiso one block off the main street (Lincolnway) a short walk from our office.     At 5:30 pm we were fortunate to be seated at the last available table inside this small local eatery - word of mouth has definitely spread!
