 We received a call from Valparaiso , IN home owners to list their property that had expired from the Multiple Listing Service after more than 7 months on the market with another brokerage. During that same time period we had listed and sold their next door neighbors home quickly  and  listed and sold another property down the street.  Early showing feedback confirmed our suggestions and at the end of the 1st month on the market the sellers agreed to have some of the rooms in the home painted neutral and carpets cleaned.  SOLD twice in less than a year! Last year we received a phone call from a relocating couple who were moving to NW Indiana and had no luck calling featured agents on Trulia or Zillow to show them homes here and there. We met with them and gave them the strategy for how we work with relocating buyers and they agreed to use our services exclusively. After just one weekend of house hunting - they were under contract! We were surprised when less then a year later, we get a call that they need to relocate  again due to a job change.
