   I just want to comment on the area of St.John Indiana and how its grown into one of the best places to live. Along with Schererville and Munster its an area were you have good schools and can shop at just about any mall outlet you can think of, close to major expressways to commute to Illinois and property values have gone up in good value.

Many investors plan on buying then holding their real estate investments for Five Years. If they are buying only every six months, think of what kind of cashouts happend every six months once their pattern is established. Think of the return on investments as a CD on steriods.
