The first sign something wasn't quite right was when on my home after an appointment, I couldn't get into my driveway because of the line of cars, vans, trucks and semis blocking it.Calumet Avenue was just closed at 12:30 pm for flooding. Semi's aren't even allowed on Calumet, yet they were being detoured from other closed roads. How could this be? The sky was clear and  the sun was shining.
