The good news for Vernon Hills Real Estate is we have seen a slight increase in sales in the past few months. We have also seen a slight increase in prices. Vernon Hills Homes sales are down 3.8% from this time last year. While Vernon Hills Townhomes and Condos sales are up 25.3%. Median sales prices are up 1.3% for detached homes and up 5.3% for attached homes. We would see a larger increase in numbers but these numbers are a result of the short sales and foreclosures available in almost all the market areas. The Vernon Hills High School Cougars Jumpstart the 2010  Football Season with a Bang! Vernon Hills Fireworks Vernon Hills 4th of July Parade and Evening Events Vernon Hills fireworks take place on Sunday July 4th. At 8am on the corner of Deerpath and Atrium Drive join the youngsters ages 4-12 and decorate your wagons, scooters and bikes in stars and stripes for the 4th of July and the Bike Decorating Contest.
