Beringer Commons Subdivision- Urbana IL Homes Beringer Commons is an upscale subdivision located in northeast Urbana with easy access to the interstate while still only a 5-minute drive from downtown. Construction began about 15 years ago and today most of the neighborhood is complete. However, there are still a few streets with lots and/or brand-new construction homes available for purchase. Many of these premiere homes are located on one of four lakes within Beringer Commons. Naturally, the views from these properties are breathtaking.
